Nestled in Beaverton, this attractive house for $328 per night is a great option for your next break. Sitting just seconds away from Nike World Campus, this incredible home has it all. Every piece of furnishing has been professionally curated or designed to create the perfect blend of style and comfort. There is a vibe that is truly special and doesn't exist in most any other property. As you enter through the outside gate, you'll notice the cozy sitting area out front. Inside is the first of the four bedrooms along with the garage. Ascending upstairs you'll find the main living, dining, and kitchen area in open floor plan that is fantastic for the entire group to enjoy. Whether it's the neon lights, custom artwork, or plush furnishing, you'll certainly appreciate every minute here. Additionally there is a second level deck that is wonderful for enjoying a sip of morning coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. On the top floor, there are the final three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with ample closet space. We think you will see, an exceptional amount of effort was made to make sure The Swoosh House is both a place to stay and an experience to relish. The location is unparalleled. Walk across the street to Nike World Campus or VillaSport. Catch some sun and dip in the community pool or a get a quick workout in the attached gym. We hope you can stay soon while enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Great place to stay! Tons of places to eat, starbucks, etc around this gem. We stayed two years in a row and hopefully will stay again.

Clean spacious townhome with attached garage parking and easy front street parking just outside the front door. Close access to to restaurants and groceries and highways and walking trail nearby. Home was equipped with all the amenities of home ready to cook meals and serve. 2full baths, 1 half. Enjoyed the front 2nd floor balcony. Really spent most our time sightseeing which there is plenty to choose from within very close distance from any direction. This location is great for work or family stays with children. Lastly be aware there are a lot of stairs in this townhouse to get to all 3 floors.

Five stars all around. Perfect stay. Clean and well appointed house with everything that you need. Plenty of rooms and cozy common areas. Easy check in and even more importantly, easy and no hassle check out. All that is asked to pretty much put everything back in place and remove the trash. Loved it!!

The house is lovely. Unfortunately, there was a trash can full of garbage in the garage. We were instructed to take it out ourselves. The garage smelled bad most of the trip. The first night we learned the stove didn’t work and a notice that had been delivered 4 days prior outlining after several attempts to reach the owners, they had turned off the gas for non payment. We had to call the rental agency multiple times to get a response from them and it took until mid-day the following day to be told they couldn’t get someone to turn the gas back on until the day of our departure. They told us we could leave with nowhere to stay for a refund, or we could move to another property which didn’t have the same amenities (specifically a pool). The company offered hot plates and confirmed the water heater was electric so we decided to stay so we didn’t lose another day of our trip, but we requested they consider reimbursing us due to not having a stove and the inconvenience. We had purchased groceries to cook while we were there that went to waste because the hot plates weren’t as efficient and took much longer than a functional stove would have so we ate out more. Day 2 we decided to visit the pool, something we planned to do daily. The pool key didn’t work and again said they couldn’t get someone out until the day of our departure to fix it. With 2 major amenities not available, the agency refused to offer compensation because we chose not to lose an extra day moving.

We really enjoyed our stay in Oregon! We thought the house was very clean and the appliances were very nice. The only complaint I would have is that there isn’t a bathroom on the bottom floor and the pillows are paper thing to sleep on. Other than that it was a very comfortable place that my family enjoyed!

The house was a relaxing layover for us on our way up to Washington. The proximity to shops, restaurants and the freeway was excellent. Our dog enjoyed walking around the area too.

This property was perfect for all of us soccer moms from Alaska. The location was great and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We had no complaints except for the cold and rainy weather and would stay here again.

This home is in a great location. The house was very nice and large enough for everyone to have their own space. There are a lot of stairs which was difficult for my older mother and some of the stairs didn’t have a railing but other than that, it was great.

We stayed in this house while visiting family. It is in an excellent location with amenities including a community pool which we used during a heat wave. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The house has a well stocked kitchen and nice bath amenities. The management was very responsive. It may not work as well for very young children or the elderly as there are 3 stories. But for our family it was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Our experience with this property was a “most excellent “ one. Very serene, quiet and comfortable. I only found one problem. The blinds are dark and filled with dust. So are the window sills and top of the pictures. If not for that issue, you would have gotten a 5 star on cleanliness. Overall, we loved the house and the location.

Quick family trip this was right in the middle of everything, a short drive to fishing to the coast to the falls. It was clean and so cute.
