Enjoy Portland in our beautiful, modern, newly constructed house. You will be located in a quiet neighborhood nestled between SW Portland, and downtown Beaverton. Close to Washington Square, Nike, Intel. and only 15 mins drive from downtown Portland, 11 mins to Nike World HQ, 25 mins to the airport. 24 hour self check in and check out.
We have a 1600 sq. ft, bright, newly constructed home in SW Portland. During your stay you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishware, and pots & pans. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. There are also three other bedrooms located in the house. The space is ideal for 8 people, but it could certainly work for 10, we have a sofa bed available in the living room. Air conditioned and heating. Washer/dryer in unit.
A total of four bedrooms:
-Bedroom#1 is the master suite, which has a king size bed, brand-new mattress, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with shower, located on the third floor.
-Bedroom#2 has a queen-size bed, brand-new mattress, located on the third floor.
-Bedroom#3 has a double-size bed, brand-new mattress, located on third floor. There is also a full bathroom on the third floor.
-Bedroom#4 has a queen-size bed, and full bathroom, brand-new mattress, located on the first floor.
-All beds equipped with comfortable/newer mattress.
-All bedroom has closets with hangers.
-Bathrooms with all drawers available for you.
On main level:
-Tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-Large windows and tall ceilings.
-a half bathroom.
Backyard:
We have a fenced backyard, not very big. You will enjoy our backyard with a cute hammock, it could stand as much as 400 lbs.

The property was just what we needed. While all the kitchen appliances were there, we only ate breakfast in the morning and headed out for the rest of the day. Property was clean and well maintained. The front door lock was a little tricky, but ok once you get the hang of it. One nice thing is the property is well off the street, so no traffic noise.

Pro: Safe area for family, house was clean and there were many essentials provided. Easy to book and checkin was seamless. Con: Bed on the 1st floor is uncomfortable, plus there isnt any air conditioning on that floor, making it even more unbearable in 100 degree weather.

Best thing about the stay was how communicative and friendly our local contact (Saira) was. Context for the stay - young family with kid and my MIL and FILBumpy check-in with a tripped breaker, so some lights and the TV was not working, but we were able to fix that ourselves. Missing some towels in bathrooms and kitchen, but Saira offered to drop some off. Had to look for soap under the sinks. Pros for us: decent amount of space with 4 beds and 3 bathrooms. Sheets on bed were soft and creamy. Close to 99 Ranch. Neutral: kind of a tight driveway if you're not used to parking with limited spaceCons for us: Outside stairs leading up to front door is creaky and steep-ish and VERY dark at night, even with porch light on. We WOULD have liked to use the stairs inside the home to get in and out, but there was no garage opener and no garage door code. The whole house was creaky. The primary bathroom didn't have a towel bar. The primary room is SO BRIGHT in the morning. All in all, this would not be my first choice to stay again. Very bare bones and not convenient or comfortable.
