Situated in Pinnacle Peak, this attractive house for $257 per night is a great choice for your next break. Sensational 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath single-level home in the coveted guard-gated Bellasera. This 3200 sq. ft. home is nestled in natural desert with a Lone Mountain backdrop! You will enjoy a spacious floor plan with soaring ceilings, huge great room, walls of windows, natural light - this home is bar none! Home is bordered with desert providing the utmost in privacy and views! Gourmet kitchen boasts center island, bar areas & seating, eat-in nook, and opens to dining room and great room with fireplace. Luxurious master suite features views and a custom barn door for privacy to the ensuite. Two more generous-sized rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One room is a designated office space complete with desk, shelves, printer, and sofa that can become an extra bed for guests. Beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath attached Casita has a private entrance. Lots of Options for things to do: The backyard is resort caliber with pool & spa, waterfall, huge covered patio, putting green, fireplace, lush landscaping, and breathtaking desert sunsets. This home and backyard are perfect for enjoying meals and lounging at home. Bellasera offers world class amenities including clubhouse, resort style pool & spa, fountains, fire pits, lounging areas, tennis and pickle ball courts, dog park, basketball court, walking paths and exclusive hiking & walking access to Lone Mountain. The community is thoughtfully designed to preserve the Sonoran Desert and its beauty is captured throughout the neighborhood. Prime location in North Scottsdale is an easy drive to Scottsdale stadiums, golf tournaments, Old Town, and Phoenix. It’s just minutes from AJ's Fine Foods, Starbucks, Safeway, several golf courses, charming downtown Cave Creek, Carefree, and upscale retail & dining.. You will feel serenity upon driving in and leave your cares behind. *Heating the pool is $50 a day from the day the heater is turned on and unlimited spa heating. HOA requires guests stay 30 days minimum. The HOA requires additional information when occupying the home. We spent such a great time in Bellasera, the house was wonderful, extremely clean and very well maintained! Gretchen was a very caring owner, we really felt „at home“. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Bellasera. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The backyard is amazing, with a large pool, hot tub, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location is also perfect, just a drive from all the best things Scottsdale has to offer. The host was very friendly and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. She even gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Scottsdale. Here are some specific details about our stay: The house is located in a quiet, gated community. The backyard is huge, with a pool, hot tub, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The host was very friendly and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Bellasera. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Scottsdale.
