Situated in Big Bear, this lovely house for $572 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. You will love renting this updated cabin with plenty of room for family and friends! Sitting on Gilner Point in Beautiful Big Bear Lake California. Get in some long strolls around this great neighborhood surrounded by the lake. Extensive deck space and a large lot for plenty of outdoor entertainment area including a jacuzzi. For the interior there is a great mountain modern feel with all the conveniences of home. There is a massive great room with open entertaining, soaring ceiling, dining for 10, ample bar seating, huge couch and a great gas fireplace with huge flat screen TV. All of the bedrooms have ample space for you and all of your guests. Don't miss the fun room with all of the games you can think of which will make memories for years to come. The downstairs area has two additional bedrooms with kitchen. This is the perfect set up for a large gathering or a family or corporate retreat. Close proximity to the lake, hiking, alpine magic slide, the village and Snow Summit! * Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 16 people, 8 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time. * Parking Details: Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does not have garage access) * This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. The same way you are expecting us to answer all your questions, concerns and help you out with any issue you might have in a timely manner, we are expecting you to be respectful of the home and the rules. Most of these rules are enforced by city officers since they follow a code or regulation at a city level, some are just to keep the homes as perfect as we possibly can, believe me when I say, all I care is for my guests to have an amazing experience and for my owners to love our services, but for that, rules need to be respected on both sides. - Face-to-face check-in is mandatory by the city code, we will check you in at our office, which is in the Village, it will be quick and easy I promise! - Parking at homes is enforced by city officers, no more cars than allowed please, if so, let us know and we will figure something out for you. - Max occupancy at the homes is enforced by us and the city, you cannot have more people than allowed, at any given time, please do not lie to us, that would just make it harder for you in the end. - You must be respectful with neighbors, if you have music going on, it needs to be inside the home as low as you can talk with your family and friends without raising your voice, think no one should hear the music from the outside. Quiet hours are from 2100 until 0800. - Most houses in Big Bear Lake do not have a/c, be aware of this, summer can be hot but at night with some windows open it gets super nice. - Ants, our super friendly ants are an issue, not a cleaning problem, they are just around. If you leave food over the counter tops, table or sugar, you will have ants soon enough, you have to clean after each meal, not just for good practice, but to avoid them, we put traps, spray and all, but the little ones are fast and don't care about it. - Taking the trash to the clean site is a city regulation, not mine. but if you have issues doing it, we can offer you a service who will charge you to do it for you, let us know. - You must be at least 24 years old to book any of our homes. We are a family-oriented company and we do not allow parties at all. The city will enforce this heavily and so do we. We appreciate you following these rules, communicate with us if you have any issues or concerns, we will always try our best to help you, that is why we are here. Great for us, kids enjoyed game room and plenty of comfortable space. Clean and all we needed for a great time. Please ask your staff to watch for a car key fob that I lost while there, may not be at the house but could have slipped into a corner somewhere, thanks

What a beautiful stay! It was a lovely neighborhood to walk around and the property is very close to the main town area. We would definitely go back!

Upon arrival we were very impressed with the neighborhood secondly entering into the door the home is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful it has everything a Family Whitney oh this is a family vacation grandparents for children their two wives and six grandchildren it really keeps all the family very busy lotta elbow room the children in joyed the movie theater room is absolutely beautiful the game room is gorgeous we read this at five and we travel a lot and this is absolutely gorgeous we went fishing the lake are you would have to drive to go fish you have to purchase your license which is $20 for non-residence 1754 residence Washer dryer we didn’t see a iron but I’m sure they will give you one but there was a beautiful portable ironing board the beds were comfortable three master bedrooms two bedrooms that I have two falls as described with two twins overhead you will have to take all your trash when you leave and take it to the landfill we highly recommend this property to anyone it also encouraged us to on our own and I’ll do the same for families to be able to have a place to go and rent and have a wonderful experience we made a lot of memories here and kudos go to the owners you did well job on your decoration and providing all the needs and wants thank you so much the Cathey Family

Everything about this property was perfect for my family of 14. We had a age range from 79 years to 6 months old. Game room and Theater was a big hit. Spacious home and yard with tree swing. Jacuzzi was hot when we arrived and the BBQ was huge. The whole house was beautiful inside and out. 3 minute walk to the Lake. Everyone had a Blast…👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
