Great size of rooms and super comfortable beds

Good clean room and a great breakfast.
They had put out an additional bed in the room which we had to ask to be removed as there was no space to move in the room. The kids were really looking forward to using the pool only to be told that they could only use it for a certain number of hours and not in the evening. Also there were far too many rules for them to have any fun in the pool. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool but it turned out to be pointless as the kids didn't really get a chance to use the pool and the one time they did use the pool they were way too many rules to abide by. Hence our rating of just 7.

Really nice room - they have a bath! It was lovely being able to relax and the pool and gym are really nice. The pool changing rooms are brilliant with dyson hairdryers and there is a jacuzzi. Staff were very nice and the breakfast is so widespread and features many different cuisines. Would definitely come back again!!

We found the facility and room size is larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Staffs are courteous, supportive, and attempt to resolve the issue in a professional manner.
There was a strong unpleasant odor in the hotel room. Even though the hotel staffs had offered to move us to the new room but there also was a strongly unpleasant odor in the other room.
