The neighborhood seemed a little questionable when we first arrived but the hotel was nice. Like a little apartment with kitchen area including stove and microwave. The washer/dryer combo was great and we took advantage of that. The shower was huge and had great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to bus and street car. Walked from Peace Memorial Park with no problem.

This hotel was great value for money. Our family of 3 were extremely happy with the set up of 2 double beds, with 2 single beds as bunks above.
Convenient location for restaurants, station and Peace memorial.
5 stars and highly recommended.

The stay was ok. The hotel is immaculately clean and modern, with Nordic colours and materials throughout. I did feel that it was a little bit too style over substance- for instance the bathroom sink area was tiny considering there were four double beds in the room. The alcoves for the double beds on the ground were also tight, meaning you had to crawl over the beds to get in-out. There was a charge for room service, which was a little odd, and only two towels given (one face, one small bath towel). I am glad we did not purchase breakfast at the hotel as it was a small box that needed to be picked up from reception. On the plus, a washing machine was provided in the room (a lifesaver!) and things like a clothes steamer could be requested from reception. The hotel was located within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars and things to see/do. The reception staff were lovely too. A solid 4 out of 5.

My family and i enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room we were at was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. I like the firm bed as it is good for my back. The staff are very helpful. The Peace Menorial Park is 10 minutes by bus from the hotel. Hiroshima Station is 12 minutes by cab. The convenient stores are just accross the street. We will stay in this hotel next time we visit Hiroshima again.

The room itself was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, the soundproofing could be improved and we could hear the upstairs room walking about at all hours which kept us up !! In addition, the sofa could be bigger as it really fits one person and if staying with a family or group (room sleeps 6) we felt it was odd to only have 3 dining chairs !! Also, unfortunately the hotel doesn’t accept luggage forwarding nor does it assist with it. Our previous hotel sent our luggage to the 7/11 opposite and it got rejected by the 7/11 with no explanation which created a tense start to our stay.

The beds were a real crowd pleaser with our kids. Modern rooms with a good washer / dryer was very helpful in winter.
Location a little far from attractions but an enjoyable walk in a beautiful city so very happy.

This is a cute boutique-y property about a 20 minute walk from the Peace Park area. We booked it as a family of two parents and three adult sized kids over 18. The room had plenty of bed space for us - two queens and two twin beds - but by FAR not enough space for suitcases, backpacks, etc. We ended up having to get a second room and send some to stay there just so we were not on top of each other and our things. It seemed online like we would fit but we did not. The staff is very friendly and, not surprisingly for Japan, there is a helpful 7-11right across the street.

Very modern rooms. Automatic check-in and check-out.

We loved the location we walked everywhere
Hotel staff welcoming and friendly

Nice hotel and great for families with convenient in room amenities like a washer/dryer, microwave and spot to eat/do homework.
Area is nice- though a bit to walk for restaurant options and about 15-20 min walk to edge of Peace park.

Our favorite hotel during our visit to Japan. So impressed with the design and how spacious the rooms were. Having a washer/dryer in the room was so convenient. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again soon!

Recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The check in/check out was fine. Nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable with a nice outlook over the streets. A 7-11 and family mart a few metres away was a bonus. I’ve read reviews about the seedy area that the hotel is in. It can be at night but we felt very safe the whole time. The only thing I thought was a little strange is that the room had a washer/dryer (bonus) but no ironing board or iron. The reception was able to lend us a hand steamer. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lovely room in a seemingly new facility. Kids loved the bunk beds. Lots of plugs for charging (2-prong though, needed an adaptor to plug in 3-prong laptop charger). Nice shower. Robes available in 2 sizes. Hiroshima is also an excellent city to visit and I wish we had more time there.
Strongly recommend.

PROs: lovely comfortable and spacious room. Very modern and zen
CONs: disappointing on the go breakfast - one sandwich and coffee or juice with soup. No choice or seconds. No cleaning (they charge if you request cleaning). No view or sunlight in the room (windows face a dark wall). No tea/coffee given in the room. No margin for early check in before 3pm even though check out is at 10am. No human connection (hardly 1 staff member and they don’t like to talk).

Given the price, the room was rather spacious for 3 adults, newish, clean, well equipped with small kitchen. The super plus was having a washer/dryer in the room. We literally planned our 17 day Japan itinerary using Hiroshima as our midpoint so as to minimize packing of clothes. The hotel provided self serve bathroom amenities for the taking including PJs. The only thing that did not work for us was the low table and tatami matts, not that comfortable if you are not use to sitting in this configuration. Food options offered by the hotel were limited. Overall, would stay there again if we returned to Hiroshima.

We were very happy with our stay here, it was modern, spotlessly clean with a good sized room. The beds were so comfortable. The washer/ dryer was a bonus. There are two small supermarkets close by and the train station is a short taxi ride away. Thanks for a great stay

Was really nice to have a washer/dryer in the room.

Great value, great room for family and perfect for our 2 night stay. Not best for public transport but we like walking even with two children was okay.

We had 2 adults and 4 children and this hotel was superb. The layout of the room was amazing, maximising the space and we never felt cramped and everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was also very attentive. On our check out day we were waiting to hail a taxi but the front desk had already called up for us and conversed with the taxi driver on our behalf. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

well maintained and conveniently located. We stayed in 5 cities in Japan and this hotel of favorite. Very roomy by Japan standards.

We loved the room setup for 4 people everyone had a private space the way the beds were laid out. Laundry machine was in the room along with a kitchen apartment like setup. Peace Memorial Park and Hiroshima Castle were close enough to walk 20 minutes or on the bus loop. Train station 2 stops away. 7/11 across the street for food shopping and restaurants close by.

New property, walking distance to most things. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
3.0
The bedroom was immaculate. New, contemporary, wonderful. There wasn’t a guest lounge or anywhere to sit comfortably outside of the room. The reception seating was at high tables or at wooden wall seats. It was sterile and not a place where a guest would want to sit and hang out for a while. Couldn’t fault the bedroom though a it was perfect.

The property is really nice, roomy for us 4 adults and clean. We found it extremely easy to transport to out tours.

Very clean and new property. Lobby has a nice looking lobby/cafe/lounge area (did not use). Self check-in process for receipt with QR and/or numeric code for room key.
Room was very nicely appointed, perfect for a family of 4 (bunk beds for kids, separate beds for parents). Clean, new, spacious. In-room laundry/dryer combo which was very convenient for a long trip. Kitchenette with dining area.
We were only in Hiroshima for 1 full day (2 nights) with plans to see the Peace Museum and peace park sights, and so location wasn't the most convenient for that. It's close to a couple bus stops but service to these end rather early. Other bus stops are a bit farther across the Nagarekawa neighborhood (walking through that not really ideal for a family with young kids).
TLDR: Great hotel for a family, although location and transportation options could be less optimal depending on where you plan to visit in Hiroshima.

Right next to a bus stop and a beautiful walk to the museum. This was the biggest and most comfortable hotel room I’ve stayed at in Japan!!

The shower and tub were AMAZING at this room and our favorite for the whole trip. Nothing like a hot shower and a nice soak at the end of the day, and you felt like you were really treated by the bathroom in this hotel.
Very good value for the cost, but the space was a little more cramped than the pictures indicated.
It was challenging directing a taxi to the hotel with our limited Japanese. This is far enough away from landmarks that you will spend some time and money on buses and/or taxis.
One final issue that was a little frustrating - we had to provide passport information for all four of us ahead of check-in. This was expected, and I did this via mobile browser on the train to Hiroshima. By the time we arrived at the hotel, the mobile site logged me out and I had to re-enter all the information at the desk.

Unexpectedly this hotel was one of the best places I stayed during my family vacation throughout Japan. The value was incredible. Though it was least expensive, it was one of our favorite stays. Very modern, clean, comfortable, and had a washer dryer for us to clean our clothes. The only problem I had was their policy regarding not being able to store luggage prior to check in. The policy wasn’t clear nor were they proactive in stating this point (or could I have missed this in the fine print). Fortunately for me I checked ahead hours before arriving and was able to remedy by finding a coin locker at the Hiroshima train station.

Spacious rooms and everything is clean and new. Breakfast was a packaged wrap, soup, and beverage and was provided for the adults only on the booking. Room cleaning was not provided during our two day stay as expected. The location is fairly central and across the street from a couple of convenience stores.

Lovely staff who let us check in an hour early, the room was large and had everything we needed - even a washer/dryer. Very modern and well thought out. Best accommodation we have had during our stay in Japan.

Great stay in a beautiful and very clean room. Loved the traditional style in combination with very modern features. Nice and quiet area but close to many sights in Hiroshima. Would love to return! Very nice staff!

Great modern room. Children love this!

More like a self service apartment than a hotel but very clean and a large room which is great for a family compared to other cities we visited in Japan. The kids loved the bunks above the doubles.

Check in was so easy and we didn’t speak Japanese!! Clean, adorable, efficient use of space, helpful staff

No service to speak of. You check yourself in and if you can find an employee they speak very little to no English. No coffee or tea in room. No room cleaning at all in 3 days and when I asked for it I was told it would be ¥1000

Great place to stay
Large room.

This hotel is awesome! The space is very efficiently designed and feels spacious and modern. Great shower room and kitchen, complete with laundry in unit. This was my family's favorite hotel during our trip (we stayed at 7 different hotels)
