The hotel offers a range of services, including a welcome drink, a selection of amenities available for pickup, luggage storage, facial device rentals, and bicycle rentals. As for the room, I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the fact that the toilet is separate from the bathing area.
One drawback was the placement of the air conditioner; additionally, for the sake of elderly guests, I felt that a detailed explanation of the hotel’s systems—provided in a non-digital (analog) format—was necessary.

This hotel is a gem. Great location and a really nice place to stay for a few days. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which featured both local and western dishes, and which was the perfect start to the day before heading out sightseeing. The hotel was modern, clean and restful, making it the ideal place to stay for a few days. As an added bonus there is a convenience store right next to the hotel. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in Hiroshima in the future.
There is nothing I can think of that could have improved our visit. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in whilst in Japan.
