The checkout time of 11 am . Most places do 12 pm Noon!

Close to the ferry, clean rooms, quiet. The value is exceptional I'd recommend this place for budget minded people wanting to enjoy themselves and save money.
Everything is good, I recommend that you try a stay.

Location
Towels where worst than a rag I use for my car. Bed so damn hard. I could hear the people talking, coughing and spitting in the next room. Light next to bed had a short in it, was afraid it would catch fire. Too much of a gap between door and door frame.
