Location, easy to park , the quality and cleanliness of the room. Bus stop right outside to get you into Brighton.
Limited choice at breakfast. No cereal, Yogurt or Fruit available.

I was very concerned about the booking when we arrived. Parking facilities were excellant. However, I got a negative first impression because the outside of the property looked very rundown and unkept - broken glass over the decking from the time we arrived to the time we left. Window boarded up. Inside was diffent - the bar was welcoming and the rooms to a very good standard - fabulous bathroom and spacious. Staff very friendly. Food good value for money.

Cosy room with a fantastic view up to the see. Easy access to the city center by bus with a nice journey. Great breakfast served at our table.
