Beautiful apartment in old charming house. Easy to access from the dock and the owner responded quickly. Every small detail is unique and so pretty. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Feels like a cozy home. The view is over the canals and a nice terrace. The location is the best, surrounded beautiful small alleys, restaurants and close to San Marco.

Location was perfect, close to main attractions but far enough from tourist hustle and bustle. We were in Europe during the 2026 heat wave and I can confirm the AC works like a charm. Nice to have a spot to cool off and refresh close to sites. Maria was a great host, good communication and left us some treats. Highly recommend

Great location and a beautiful room
There is t a proper ironing board. This would have made the stay absolute easy. It’s a minor point.
