cozy cottage like room. had basic amenities like kettle, refrigerator etc. a/c was effective. buggy service was without delay. pool was cool. Tami at reception was helpful all the time. Once i left my phone in a taxi and she helped chase it up and paid delivery charges and it was on hotel.... very cool, nice and helpful!
i expected it to be a vast property, but it was small and cozy. a table with chair to do some work would have been nicer.

Location is quite near to the airport so it's convenient in that way, during week days there's this male staff (one with specs) who knows English. He was quite sweet and helpful to us with everything. Breakfast is okayish, some food is bland others are yum so it depends mostly on your taste buds, they'll help you with extras if they run out so that was nice.
The lady staff at the reception. Did not help with anything at all, asked us for IDP to rent a scooty whereas she gave it to other bunch of boys same age as us without asking for the same :)
Whatever we asked she was quite clueless with everything.
