Nice and easy, clean and comfortable.
There was a family that created so much noise at night when trying to sleep and also in the very early morning and that was very annoying. They yelled and stamped on stairs etc, noone to explain them this was not acceptable. The stairs were also really noisy due to not being built efficiently and walls let all noise through. Noise insulation was probably very off as it wouldn't be like that otherwise. Apart from that quite a big issue, the hotel would have been/could be perfect.

Location
The breakfast included described in the website wasn’t true which was very disappointing!
Also nobody came to clean up the room for 3 days, another dissatisfaction.
