Guardando la struttura dall'esterno si è sviati sul giudizio perché è abbastanza anonima ma una volta entrati la situazione cambia. Ambiente piccolo ma molto curato. È stato usato molto il legno (che a me piace molto). La stanza con bagno e piccolo ingresso è incantevole come una bomboniera perché è piccola ma c'è tutto ed è accogliente.
Per quanto riguarda lo staff... che dire, con le nuove tecnologie non si ha un contatto diretto ma, comunque, hanno dato indicazioni precise tramite i messaggi dall'app booking.
Nin è vicinissimo al centro ma con 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge agevolmente.
Il parcheggio per l'auto è a 50 metri ed è a pagamento.
Difficile dire cosa non mi è piaciuto ma se devo dirlo è la mancanza di contatto diretto con lo staff (ma ormai vale per tutte le strutture).

Firstly, the host was very kind and contact with her was super easy through the booking app. On the reception there were always bottles of water as well as tea bags and coffee which was free for all the guests. We checked in a lot earlier than 3 pm, as soon as our room was cleaned, around 12 pm. The bed is comfortable, there is a closet with shelfs and a few hangers. There is also a small fridge as well as 4 cups and an electric kettle. The location is a bit far from the centre, around 25-30 minutes by foot, however it was not a problem for us, apart from that, the bus stop is very close and there are many busses that pass. The accommodation is pretty nice for a few nights stay.
The shelfs in the closet were a bit dusty and the kettle was not very clean. The room is pretty small but if you’re staying for a few nights it is not a big deal. Our room was on the ground floor and the windows were right on the main street so we were a bit uncomfortable having the blinds up in case people from outside could see (there are curtains on the windows so maybe it wasn’t see through).

Wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażony pokój, przyjemna okolica, miłym akcentem były gifty: czekolada, kawką, herbata oraz woda w butelkach. Super kontakt z właścicielem.
Brak lampek przy łóżku. I tyle :)

Es war sauber und im allgemeinen hat man mir versucht zu helfen
Zuerst hatte ich ein Zimmer in dem das wifi nicht funktionierte, dann ist der checkout um 10h morgens,
Zu guter letzt gibt es keine Rezeption die besetzt ist.
Für mich ist das ein Appartment Haus aber kein Hotel.
