We are a quick, two-mile drive or uber to Downtown Sacramento and all the restaurants, bars, Golden 1 Center and concert venues. We are three miles to Discovery Park. Guests will have access to the entire property. We were there for 4 days for the Ironman, and it was perfect!

This is a great property in a quite but accessible location in Sacramento. Check-in was easy. There was small delay on getting the correct keypad code, but it was resolved quickly and immediately. Only thing we missed from the pictures was the umbrella at the table in the back yard for shade. On hot sunny days the shade would have made the back yard more tolerable in the heat. Overall great stay and would recommend to others.

On a cold day, the home was warm and welcoming. All rooms were exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The best attribute is the back yard. It's perfect for an outdoor meal or casual get together

Nicely updated 3-BR home within 5-min drive to old town Sacramento waterfront. Each BR has its own A/C and ceiling fan - very comfortable. Nice back yard space with hot tub, fire pit and grill.

The unit is clean and well equipped, located in a nice working-class neighborhood. This was very convenient to downtown and suited our purposes very well.

The house is great! Simply but beautifully decorated. House was stocked with linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath soaps and hand soap. Be prepared to bring your own laundry soap, broom and vacuum. We would have loved to received a little more detail about trash separation, using the light remote controls, and a broom or vacuum would have been nice. We have a family of all ages and all nine of us got comfortably in the house for a week.

I stayed at a few Vrbo locations and I must the time effort placed into this property is unmatched definitely a hidden gem. I had my mother with me and she an interior decor person and even she was impressed. All the beds were great and 5 star quality. Quite location off the grid I highly recommend
