We checked in early and it wasn't a problem, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and included some hot food.

Location
Was told wi fi is out .had no TV channels.
And not offered a reduced rate.. stayed here before this time was not a 10...I give it a 7 or 8

The room was super clean. And I love that they provided the shower essentials. Even had body lotion in the room.
I genuinely don’t have a complaint.

The rooms were clean and housekeeping was great.
The pool was full of hair! The evening staff were unaware of there surroundings. Very loud gossip about other employees and SOP’s. While I was trying to work in a customer designated area they were using it as a social gathering to talk about others and complain, very unprofessional!
