I liked that we had our own space, very quiet area and a pool. Everything was walking distance.

This wasn't the first time we've stayed at Smugglers Inn but the first time in this accommodation. It has everything you would need for stay in meals and in a very central location in Victor Harbour. It was clean, warm and cozy for a winter stay (unfortunately too cold to use the pool) with the bonus of a TV in the bedroom, which we don't have at home. Although the spa jets don't work, I still enjoyed a lovely bath. The parking is part of the complex so very handy.
My husband and I are 71 and 69. He's two months into a knee replacement, and I broke my ankle severely a couple of years ago. There are no handrails so climbing into and out of the spa bath to shower is a bit scary. We brought our own rubber shower mat for additional confidence. For the owner's consideration this may be a good inclusion.

It was central, walking distance to shops, beach
It was clean, kitchen well stocked, bed comfortable
No windows in either bedrooms or bathroom.
Small bathroom, have to climb in and out of spa bath to access shower so if you have mobility issues not great.

Location was great. Loved the extras such as takeaway menus and things to do in the area.
Very run down and dated. If you are going to paint the tiles at least get a professional in
$$$$
