Clear and good early information from the hosts - excellent. Lovely location, although very much in need of a car to get to places. Clean and well stocked lodge - good facilities available for cooking and washing if needed, and a fridge. Beds and rooms all comfortable and nicely laid out. The hosts were lovely, responsive to questions when needed. And on hand to welcome us in. Genuinely lovely accommodation and location, will absolutely be using again. Thoroughly recommended.!

Everything was lovely and peaceful with all amenities needed for a home away from home.

The fact that booking.com didn't pass on that we needed accessible lodgings however we managed just fine as everything is on one level with only a slight step getting into the lodge entrance from the double doors.
