About this house rental

Located in Surf City, this charming house for $675 per night is a great option for your next trip. Looking for a luxurious new home away from home to host your next family vacation? Look no further! Oshun is only 290 ft. from the beach, offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and is the perfect spot to make lasting memories with family and friends. Enjoy incredible ocean and waterway views, a private elevator, community day dock, plus all new furnishings and décor. Experience everything Topsail Island has to offer at Oshun. This 5br/4.5ba new construction home has all you and your family need to recharge, unwind, and live the local lifestyle. With plenty of outdoor seating and multiple decks, you'll enjoy time well spent relaxing comfortably outdoors in the ocean breezes. The main level offers and open floorplan including the fully stocked kitchen with large center island, dining area, and living space with all new furnishings and décor. The perfect place to reconnect with those you hold dearest after a fun filled day on the beach. The large deck provides incredible ocean views and has plenty of seating for dining al fresco or just watching the waves crash nearby. The master suite is on the main level and includes a private balcony, full attached spa like bathroom, large walk-in closet, and flatscreen TV. The powder bathroom and laundry room complete the main level. On the first level you’ll find 3 Queen bedrooms and the bunk bedroom, plus access to the large deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Head upstairs for some fun in the rec room with foosball table, karaoke machine, and mini fridge. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed** The bonus TV room upstairs offers a large flatscreen TV and comfortable couch, it’s the perfect spot for keeping the kids entertained after a fun filled day in the sand and the sun. Just down the street is the community day dock, a great spot for catching a fish or enjoying the sunset. Parking instructions: driveway parking for 5-6 vehicles. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. **INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. 3 Beach bikes, a cooler, and 4 beach chairs are also provided for your enjoyment. Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles, depending on size. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax for the first pet, and $200 plus tax for the second pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** Dogs are permitted on the beach, provided they are on a leash no longer than 10 feet. You must clean up after your pet, and complimentary bags are provided at beach accesses. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! Great property. Really nicely appointed with everything you need and a very short walk to the beach and sound with a great back yard and multiple decks with ocean and sound views. We will be coming back again!
