Die Einrichtung und die Aufteilung der Zimmer waren top.

Es gab leider keinen Grill. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig - da sind wir anderes gewohnt. Leider

Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die betreuenden Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Hausmeisterservice, der in weniger als eine halbe Stunde nach Anruf vor Ort war und kompetent half. Der Hausmeister vor Ort zeichnete sich durch seine Freundlichkeit und durch lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten aus.

Leider hatten wir zweimal kaltes Wasser im gesamten Haus, was aber an der noch neuen und unausgereiften Technik der eingebauten Wärmepumpe lag.
