After initially being placed in a room next to building work (not at the hotel) I asked to move which the promptly did without any fuss. The new room was beautiful, very clean, light and airy with plenty of space. The hotel staff for me made the trip, they were always on hand, really helpful and polite.
The roof terrace is a nice option with amazing views. Would definitely stay again!
