About this house rental
A stylish & cozy A-frame with 3Bd + Game Loft 6-min to Heavenly. Home is tastefully remodeled & updated with modern furnishings and the kitchen is well equipped.
NEXT TO local favorite Bijou Park boasting 5 acres of bike trail, BMX track, disc golf course, playground and sand volleyball, with a bike trail to get to Lake Tahoe. Near Bijou Golf Course, and surrounded by beautiful hiking & biking trails with stunning views of the Lake. Close enough to the casinos but far enough away for a peaceful, woodsy Tahoe stay.
THE SPACE
The large A-frame and the many large windows in front allows fantastic natural light year round. The windows frame the beautiful aspens in the front yard that change to a vibrant yellow in the Fall. The home is on a large corner lot so the yard is spacious enough for snow play and sledding in the winter.
1) The upstairs bedroom is wired with reading sconces and painted a moody dark green and furnished with a queen & single bed.
2) 2nd Bedroom below has a comfy queen bed.
3) 3rd Bedroom has a full bed and full bunk specifically for kids.
4) A game loft with foozball table that converts to a billiard & other games, bean bags, boards games, and (soon an arcade!)
The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, microwave, pantry for provisions, and baking essentials for holiday celebrations. Direct access to the yard with a bbq grill, firepit and 6 adirondaks for the whole family. Love hanging out here grilling & making smores after a day of hiking or skiing.
For your convenience, the laundry room has a full-size washer & dryer and there's a ski rack in the entry closet. The home will be supplied with toiletries, laundry and dishwashing detergents.

TRANSPORTATION: This home is serviced by Lake Link- a FREE, on-demand shuttle which takes you to HEAVENLY, South Shore beaches and nightlife. Catch it between 7am-9pm weekdays & 7am-11pm on Friday & Saturday evenings. Download the app to book your ride!

1. Guests must park on the driveway only as streets need to be clear for snow plows. The driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles.
2. Guest must put garbage bags in the bear bin by the driveway, upon check out.
