Our hosts were excellent. The room itself was very nice. Great balcony and shower. Generous kitchen amenities. You need to be ready for the sounds of a busy city.
The building structure was not as nice as the room. The area of the building was a bit sketchy. And the cost for parking was much higher than advertised on the site. You had to pay to use the elevator during the week (some money was offered by the host).

Straight out of the railway station over the bus station on the right Alfonso came and met me very nice and helpful nice balcony view over the square

The property was clean and well maintained. It was also close to the train station. Staff was very helpful.
The property is located next to a business which attracts a lot of loitering and noise till almost midnight. The property is located on the upper floor and is accessed via a secured entrance. I had a confrontation with a non-resident attempting to gain entrance when I opened the ground floor door with my key. I also found it unusual to have to drop .20 Euro coin in a box to have the elevator work. Though the staff supplied the coins I found it unusual. Naples has been kind of rough for over 1000 yrs, so I expected that nothing had changed. Kind of reminds me of New York in the 70's without the guns. If this bothers you, then find some property in the suburbs.
