De kamer zag er keurig netjes uit. Mooie badkamer en nette vloer. Daarnaast perfect gelegen naast het centraal station.
Het geheel zit op de bovenste verdieping van een behoorlijk oud gebouw. De ingang was rommelig en er liepen duistere types rond en de lift was extreem oud. Ik heb ook nergens vluchtroutes gezien in relatie tot brandveiligheid. Ik weet niet welke regels er hiervoor gelden in Italië maar in Nederland zou dit zonder vluchtweg niet toegestaan zijn.
In de nacht brandt er in de kamer een groene lamp. Dit maakt dat het niet donker is de kamer. Het nut van deze lamp heb ik niet kunnen ontdekken.
De.kamerprijs was heel gunstig maar fors afgeprijsd. Juist hierdoor hadden we hogere verwachtingen.

Great location, comfy bed, host was lovely and always helped when we asked. For example we asked for toilet roll and they came and replaced it and cleaned the room. Air con works well.
Opposite the station, they let us check in early - really impressed for the price.
City tax was quite a lot - €77 for a week stay
Also lift was paid 20c a time and you had to have to have cash

Tra gli aspetti positivi va sicuramente segnalata l’ottima posizione, a un minuto dalla stazione. Inoltre, la persona che ci ha accolto la mattina successiva si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile, offrendoci un caffè e una brioche e dandoci la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.
Abbiamo prenotato presso la struttura Napoli Central Suites e, una volta arrivati, ci è stata assegnata un’altra sistemazione ovvero B&B International Garibaldi, presumibilmente dello stesso proprietario. Il soggiorno era previsto per una sola notte, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.
La stanza ricevuta non corrispondeva alle fotografie pubblicate sul sito: gli spazi erano molto ridotti e la pulizia lasciava decisamente a desiderare. In particolare, la testata del letto era in condizioni pessime. Inoltre, quello che veniva presentato come un armadio, all’interno del quale era riposto il cuscino di riserva, era completamente ricoperto di muffa, una situazione decisamente inaccettabile.
Anche la gestione della biancheria non ci ha trasmesso alcuna sensazione di igiene: gli asciugamani non erano sistemati in bagno, ma li abbiamo trovati stesi all’esterno, sgualciti e senza alcuna garanzia o parvenza che fossero stati adeguatamente puliti e igienizzati.
Considerando che la struttura pubblicizzava il prezzo come un vero affare rispetto a una tariffa dichiarata ben più elevata, riteniamo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia ben lontano da quanto promesso. Il costo richiesto non è assolutamente giustificato dalle condizioni riscontrate.
