I highly recommend Casa L&R to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation in Bologna. The location is great, few minutes away from the train station and a lovely 20-30 minutes walt from the center. Area is safe and animated. The apartment is amazing, plenty of space, really good amenities and a quiet bedroom. Bonus: great balcony for plane spotting.

The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. There is no cooking in the kitchen but there is a wonderful coffee maker with coffee provided and prewrapped pastries to have breakfast, and delicious fruit. The host is very nice and accessing the apartment was very easy.
There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood right now and this affected some access to bus stops, but with a little searching we sorted this out quickly. It's about a half hour walk from the city center, which is usually fine but in the peak of summer we preferred to take the bus.

La cortesia e disponibilità dell'host. Le perfette condizioni dell'appartamento, che è ampio, luminoso e dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Prodotti per la colazione abbondanti e vari. Molto tranquillo. Situato nelle vicinanze della stazione centrale e in posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro della città.
La mia esperienza è stata del tutto positiva, ritengo che non ci sia nulla da migliorare. Tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione e ha soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative.

Good location, close to Mercato Albani, restaurants, and shops. A very easy walk to the train station.
A very nice, comfortable, and spacious apartment. Elevator, balcony, spacious living room, large kitchen, and very quiet bedroom. Everything was as described. Excellent communication with the owner, who was waiting for us and explained everything.
The only problems are the street renovations (the tram line is being built on the section leading to the railway viaduct), relocated stops, traffic jams, and sometimes quite noisy traffic. Taxi drivers can't drive directly to the building. But the street renovations are out of the owner's control... and when they're finished, it'll be great.
