Situated in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $440 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Just 10 minutes from the white sands and crystal blue beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and situated on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with views of the canal and bay! Shopping, restaurants, and family friendly activities all within a few miles. This spacious, single-story, stylish home has two master suites both with private en-suites which is great for large families. The 5 bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 with cool gel memory foam mattresses for all. The 4 smart TVs, equipped with popular streaming services, and provided board games are great entertainment for any rainy days inside. The large open concept living room and kitchen is great for gatherings and entertaining. The fenced in backyard has a private pool, comfy loungers, patio furniture, commercial umbrellas, and outdoor dining table with string lights for dinners by the pool! The sunroom has beach essentials such as towels, chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. From the backyard, you can catch the Blue Angels practicing overhead as they prepare for their upcoming air shows. Plenty of parking is available in the front and side driveways (can fit up to 8 cars or bring your boat! Public boat launch just 1 mile down the road). We are dog friendly and love to see our furry guests come along for vacation. Beaches aren't your thing? The neighborhood park has two tennis courts available for use, a playground, and there are lots of walking trails in the adjoining National Seashore and Nature Preserve. Head into downtown Pensacola just 15 minutes away for additional dining and shopping options or head down 98 to the zoo and aquarium. A keyless access code unique to your stay will be sent to you a day before check-in for contactless check-in and flexible arrival! ***A separate short term rental agreement will be required to be signed prior to check-in agreeing to Pet and Pool policies. *We are located in a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum past 9pm. *Children should be supervised around the pool deck at all times. NO food, glass, diving or pets in the pool. *The pool can be heated between October and April. 24 hour advance notice is required if you would like the pool heated. Absolutely no tampering with pool equipment, please contact property manager via text or email regarding pool settings. *Dogs allowed - maximum of two dogs (fees apply). Dogs must be potty trained, well behaved, and leashed while outside the property. Dogs also must be supervised at all times while in the backyard and never left unattended. *The pool is serviced on Fridays and trash is picked up on Fridays as well. *The house has a security video doorbell at the front door/driveway and will be active during your stay.

Perfect place for our extended family to stay while in town for a wedding! Lots of room for 9 adults and 2 little ones. Nice rooms and large living and dining area was perfect for us. Short drive to the beach and downtown. The pool was a big splash!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. This house is gorgeous inside and out. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, all the beds was very comfortable. Due to weather there was games for us to play, along with room full of toys,pool toys for kids. Short distance to beach and other attractions. Host was great with communication when Wi-Fi out in area. She also gave us list of indoor places to take kids due to inclement weather. Thank you Natalie for sharing your home with us. Ed and I had a great 3 months enjoying your house and all that Gulf Breeze, Pensecola Beach and Pensecola have to offer. Your home is beautiful and just as described. Great relaxing neighborhood and perfect fenced in back yard for our pooch (molly) to enjoy. Great restaurants, beaches and GOLF !! All the comforts of home. The couple of issues we had during our winter were quickly addressed and resolved. Thanks for a great "snowbird" vacation. It was also great to meet you in person !! :-)

We loved the location and accommodations. All the kitchen beds were there and bathroom accommodations. The pool was heated, we had so much space for 11 people and the neighborhood was perfect. We were close to all the attractions for tourists. The house was clean, spacious and offered games for our kids. No complaints and we hope to book with them again! Perfect family spot!

If I could give this home 6 stars, I would! The home was just as described in the listing and even better than expected. Even though the house is pet friendly, it was immaculately clean and there were no signs of a pet ever staying there, except for the provided dog toys and water bowls which I found so cute! The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need, beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the extras provided from toiletries to board games really made it feel so welcoming and inviting. The pool was heated and we enjoyed using the gas grill and our evening sunset walk with views of the Bay. It was a short drive to the beach and downtown Pensacola, we never felt like we were too far from anything. The host was super friendly and answered any questions or requests we had promptly. We enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back next year!

This house has every single thing you could possibly need to make your vacation great! There were toys and activities for the kids, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need, the house was so much larger than I could have imagined from pictures, and the pool was big enough for my entire group of 10 with toys and activities, also! 10 minutes to the dog friendly beach! The property manager was also very communicative and friendly! It was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!

We take a family vacation to Florida every year in September and this house has been our favorite!! The space to accommodate my family of 4, plus my parents, and friends and pet was more than adequate. The kitchen was fully equipped, made cooking large meals for breakfast and dinner for all of us really easy. Large dining room table for all of us to sit around and enjoy eachothers company. The pool was crystal clear! Plenty of patio furniture for all of us to sit and watch the kids play. The beds were comfortable, rooms were cozy, and very spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and the 2 parking areas were great! They have a book with lots of good information about the area and all the recommendations were spot on! Everything was really close and just seemed like it was "right around the corner ". I highly recommend this home for your visit. You will not be disappointed!
