About this house rental

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Beautifully remodeled home away from home. Minutes from St. Cloud Hospital, Hwy 10 & 15. 5 minutes to downtown St. Cloud and St. Cloud State University. Enjoy large fenced in yard and fite pit. Deck with seating for entertaining. Inside features 3 full bedrooms each with a queen bed. 2 full bathrooms, 2 livings rooms. Onsite laundry and parking. Everything you need for a full family visit.

Family trip to visit relatives in the area. Had 2 preschoolers along so appreciated nearby neighborhood parks and the beautiful Lions Park close by on the Mississippi River. They really enjoyed the small splash pad there. The house met our needs very well with everything being clean and comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra bath linens etc. Emily always replied quickly to any question I had and check in and out was very simple. Would definitely use again.

Very lovely place on a quiet street. My family of 5 stayed there for a wedding that was near by. Great host!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. My only concern was the stairs. The spindles of the railing upstairs are far enough apart that my one year old could crawl through. I looked around for a child gate to put at the top of the stairs and couldn't find one. Loved that there was coffee provided!
