It was spacious, had a lot of options for entertainment. Cool backyard. Close proximity to most wineries.
There were a couple of things that were not in great condition in the game room. The place is very strict about noise which was not great due to us wanting to play music on a home speaker inside the home and being unable to due to neighbors having an issue with it.

There are a lot of rooms with comfortable bed. The kitchen was really nice and had all the items you'd need to cook and serve a large number of guests (can't exceed 10 though...)
I don't like that the house is capable of hosting more than 10 guests, but the Temecula ordinance restricts the number of allowed guests. I had a family of 7 (my wife and I and 5 kids) and we wanted to have my mom and my brother and sisters over for dinner, but were told we couldn't. We were visiting from out of the country and hadn't been back to the U.S. in over a year, so it was truly disappointing that we were unable to use the property to get everyone together. Also, the neighbors have an ongoing legal dispute with the Avant Stay, which wasn't disclosed to me when I booked the property. My son was walking on the road near the pickle ball court and the couple (two women) yelled at my son and his friends. I calmed them down after they threatened to call the cops for trespassing, despite them only being on the shared road (allegedly you're not allowed to walk on it, only drive on it). Nevertheless, the couple is absolutely angry about the Avant Stay rental property, and have dealt with a number of bad guests in the past, and decided to take all that energy out on a couple of young kids who were not even on their property, because they were on the road, which is not on the their side where there are clear signs marked, "Private Property." I also didn't like that the trash bins are all the way down the road, next to the pyscho lesbian couple's house. In addition, there seems to be a dead animal smell coming from under the back porch by the pool. The smell is pretty foul and so we avoided going out to the back.
