Luisa is a great host, the breakfast room is exceptional, the room is always clean and you are always welcomed with a smile. The whole structure is essentially new and offers a pure azorean experience.

The cosey atmosphere, promoted by having few other guests around, crossing each other's way for small talk at breakfast. The contact with our host Luisa, genuinely caring and friendly , trying to attend to our requests. Modern, yet countryside style house. The nice breakfast, the ability to use the kitchen facilities (used by us just to make tea but by others to cook). The room was big enough with a double bed and a bed that had another part that can be pulled to make it for two, all very comfortable even though we would have preferred an a bit wider double bed). There was a nearby village (about 7 Km away) with restaurants in the fishing port.
Our room did have windows facing the sea but the street and parking of the guest's cars were 2 meters away from the windows, which interfered with the feeling of privacy. The room could have benefited from somewhat better ventilation (it was largely overcome by leaving the air conditioning system and the bathroom ventilator on).

Very new and peaceful place, we were received warmly by the host. The view from dining space is wonderful! Highly recommended!
