We had a great time! House as described, clean, quiet small community and great communication with the manager. Walmart is 5 min walk so you can buy groceries real easy. All Disney Parks are 20 min by car!

We traveled to Disney with our two furry family members and had the pleasure of staying in Joao’s lovely townhome. Walmart was right around the corner whenever we needed anything, and Disney was a short 18-20 minute drive away. Our 4 yr old daughter loved playing in the splash pool! We had some minor issues with the pool, but Joao was responsive to our requests. Being able to heat the pool was nice for the cool nights. Our only critique is that the waterfall function was quite temperamental and we would’ve liked the patio to be better lit. Being able to use the garage was definitely a plus. At any rate, we would certainly stay here again, as it checked all of our boxes. Thanks for the hospitality!

This townhome was okay. The setup is nice but the home has some bad wear and tear. Host is nice and can be responsive at times. Some issues included roaches (both dead and alive) in first floor, excessive wear and tear on walls, wrong information given for use of grill and delayed response with correct information so we had to wait to use grill, pool was not filled when we arrived.

I selected this house because it was listed as an 8 rooms and 6 bathrooms. When I got there the house had 4 rooms and 3.5 bathrooms. I told the owner what happened and sent him the screenshot. I had to manage with my invitees accommodations. That was unexpected. The owner did what he could.
