This was a great place to stay, as very close to the ferry dock from the station! Even better, the dock for the ferry to the airport was outside the entrance.
The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed one night and left early in the morning. This location was an easy walk to the major sights we wanted ot visit. There was a bed in the downstairs area and two beds in the attic, which served us well for the night.

Location was in Venice, near the Ferry stop. So it was ok.
It was very noisy outside, and the included breakfast consisted of just coffee and one sweet croissant.
