This hotel is outstanding in every way. The property is beautifully designed, the rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and the interiors throughout strike a rare balance: distinctive and characterful, yet entirely harmonious. The overall effect is one of understated, laid-back elegance combined with true luxury.
What elevates the experience even further is the service, which is impeccable from start to finish — warm, gracious, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt. We were welcomed by Andrea on arrival, and throughout our stay he, Franco, and their three female colleagues — whose names I am so sorry not to remember — looked after us with extraordinary care and kindness. We had a couple of unexpected health issues during our stay that required medical attention, and the support we received from the team was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for how thoughtful and caring they were.
The setting is equally charming: quietly positioned on a peaceful canal, yet within easy walking distance of a wonderful selection of restaurants and cafés.
A truly special place, and one we will most certainly return to.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Heureka. The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was nice and the public spaces were beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast in the garden in the morning and cocktails at the bar in the evening. If we are in Venice again, we will stay here!
