The location was superb! On a canal and close to all the major sights and transport facilities. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Host was really helpful. Nice to sit outside for breakfast.
A TV would've been great but not essential.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It truly felt like a hidden gem - perfectly located, central enough to explore Venice easily while still being away from the crowds and bustle.
The garden was a lovely place to relax, and the resident cats were so sweet and added plenty of charm and character to the property. Andrea and his family were wonderful hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay.
Breakfast was a traditional Italian spread with fresh bread, fruit, pastries, and yogurt, with plenty of options to choose from each morning.
The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped and had everything we needed.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Venice and looking for a charming, authentic place to stay. We would happily return!
As long as you have Google Maps to find the location, you'll have no problem. The property can be a little tricky to locate at first, it's well worth it once you arrive.

The breakfast was made and served by our host, who was very attentive to our needs! He was very friendly, and we felt very comfortable and enjoyed wonderful conversation together. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
