The room was very nice and spacious with window onto one of the smaller canals.
Great location within walking distance of many sites and the vaporetto stop, as well as many restaurants.
Rooms made up every day very nicely with fresh towels.
Very hot during stay in Venice and the air con quite noisy during the night.

The location was good, easy to reach, and the room was clean.
The room was not ok: the only window faced a narrow inner courtyard, leaving the space dark at all hours of the day. We had to keep the light on constantly. It is not right to offer guests a room with no natural light. On top of that, unpleasant odors often came from the courtyard, making it impossible to open the window for fresh air. We didn’t change hotels only because we were staying for two nights and didn't want to waste time, but the experience was a real disappointment.
