The host is very sweet and very helpful! The daily breakfast was a nice touch to start the morning. I loved the neighborhood and it is pretty quiet. The room was comfy clean. The courtyard is gorgeous and a nice sitting area.
Everything was great! The courtyard does have a lot of mosquitos so be prepared.

Hotel right on a canal with beautiful views, spotlessly clean and quirky old furnishings that match perfectly with the hotel. Breakfast served in a courtyard garden which was beautifully done, a nice bit of greenery within Venice. The owner was very friendly and helpful and provided us with a detailed map of all the best places to go and visit and avoid the tourist traps. Really personal touch, thank you
No TV in the room, which had been advertised but it wasn’t a big issue as we were out most of the time. It certainly didn’t spoil our time there.

Breakfast was great! Excellent location - from the grand canal Ca D’Or stop on the Waterbus line 1 - just 3 minutes walk - only one bridge to cross making traveling with luggage relatively easy.
Nothing - everything was great.
