Historical, family owned and operated. Located right on the canal. Walk down the stairs right to a boat dock and see the famous Rialto bridge turn back and walk towards the hotel and there is a fabulous restaurant we enjoyed an incredible meal, with friendly staff. You're also a short walk to stores, restaurants, gift shops, a courtyard and not a far walk to the San Marco square. They serve a great breakfast, freshly baked, cooked, pressed coffee and the breakfast room' window faces the canal. The family members and staff were so kind and helpful. We fill privileged to have met them, they have a great heritage and are very proud. This was a memorable stay celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Location and view for breakfast was fabulous! Comfortable beds, treats left in room, super clean.
Wish there was a kettle and some tea bags, instant coffee and a small milk in the fridge so we could make a cuppa before bed (Aussies!)
Only complaint! The rest was fabulous!

Perfect location in Venice. Water taxi stop at the door. View of the Grand Canal for Breakfast. The jetty view of Rialto Bridge!
Also Alessendra and her team are fantastic!
We only had 1 night - will definitely stay longer next time.
