Despite that the front of the hotel looked a bit shabby on the street, we opened the door to a pleasant surprise of a gorgeous guest house in great walking location! The fact that it was on a quiet alley was actually great for us for sleep. Our room had air conditioning which was critical for us as Americans for good sleep.
The bed was a bit stiff and hard which was not our preference. The breakfast was also a bit lacking but it wasn't a bother as there were ample cafes in walking distance.

The property is in a great location. The street is quiet and we were never bothered with noise but only a few steps away from shops, restaurants and a ferry boat stop. The room was very clean and the host was very accommodating leaving breakfast for the guests along with croissants and cake.
It’s not a luxury place but it’s everything we needed, safe, clean, quiet and great location to enjoy exporting.
It was good for the price, I can’t complain.
