Location was amazing. Maurizio was very kind and helpful on arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooftop is gorgeous. Great AC, kitchen facilities and housekeeping.

The junior suite apartment was modern and had everything we needed. They generously provided a complimentary bottle of bubbles which was a nice touch. There are modern communal kitchen and lounging areas and an incredible terrace. Best was the location. 2mins from the Rialto bridge with bars and restaurants all around. Maurizio is a lovely, proud host.
Nothing about the apartment. The stairs are super challenging with luggage. Narrow and very steep. There is a lift up the top which looks to be for luggage but it wasn’t communicated or offered. The terrace is through a small almost closet door, up stairs and then another door and more stairs (which you’d expect for a rooftop terrace). It can be noisy internally particularly in the room we had as people going to and from the terrace pass the room and they’re all just internal doors so no sound barrier. Hard to balance drinks, food and navigate to enjoy up there.

Very friendly host and we felt very taken care of. The room was lovely and had some really great shared spaces too. Great location.

La Finestra sullen made our stay perfect, the location was great very central but a peaceful refuge once you entered the front door. Beautifully decorated everything to make your stay great from the kitchen to the stunning roof terrace, Maurizio is a wonderful host who goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are happy, thoroughly recommend!
