The location is great. Hospitality was good. The room was clean and was kept that way.
The is some noise from neighbourhood, since the hotel is by the canal.

Check-in was incredibly easy, and we really appreciated being able to check in early after arriving back in Venice from Rovinj, Croatia. It made dropping off our luggage and getting settled so much easier.
Little did we know when we booked that Ca' Amadi was a former residence of Marco Polo! Learning that after we arrived made the stay even more exciting and gave the property such a fun piece of history.
Our room was right on the canal and was such a wonderfully unexpected surprise. Tucked into the basement of the building, it was incredibly cute and cozy, and our favorite part was sitting on the windowsill watching the gondolas and various boats go by. It was such a simple thing, but it felt like having a front-row seat to everyday life in Venice.
The front desk was also incredibly helpful, from recommending places to eat to making sure everything was easy and accessible for us. We only had one night here and genuinely wished we had more time. We would absolutely come back!

You can easily walk here from Rialto Bridge.
Very central location so expect it to be noisy and busy outside your window and as soon as you leave the property. The featured window - in the ‘deluxe room’ is not comfortable to sit in and as you are low down boats pass very closely! We were woken on both mornings by deliveries and noise including music being played on boats.
There is a damp smell in the room and it is quite dated.
The reception desk is mostly unattended so you have to let yourself in and out of the hotel. This could be a problem if you arrive late for check in or needed to speak to staff.
