The staff was super responsive with any questions and provided excellent advice on transport and city tax steps. Amazing location.
The amount of the nightly tourist tax was not noted before arrival, and I was surprised at the amount. I understand it varies on the islands based on location but this should be provided ahead of arrival.

Matteo, the check-in guy was great! Very friendly and helpful with places to go and things to do.
The AC was adequate but not cold. It took many hours to get answers to my texts/emails, sometimes up to 12 hours later.
