Nice location in a less touristy area. Beautiful view from the window.
Expensive, but so is everything else in Venice.

Antonio - owner was amazing. Gave us all the places to visit in Venice. Set us up with our porter (huge help) and set us us with our boat taxi. I cannot speak highly enough of him! He was amazing. Gave us a great pizzeria too! Would highly recommend. Great location too, right in the heart of that part of town.

great location, authentic old building.
there was no elevator, pictures on website saying canal view did not macth with the accomodation itself .There is no canal view , the accomodation is only close to canal without a view.

Average at best. 15 minute walk from train station.
Of note, you pay 9.50 every time you take the public transport board in Venice, so not worth it for 1 stop.
No in house reception present during our stay but they were accessible by phone. Quick to respond on what’s app.
We booked a canal view room with separate external bathroom. It’s down the hall a bit which was more of a nuisance than anticipated.
Balcony has tacky fake plants. Not a great view.
Smell of fish from the restaurant below when windows are open.
Hotel has scent diffusers everywhere which are very strong.
Steep, narrow, uneven steps to get to hotel.
