The location is great! The room was comfortable and very clean, breakfast (with gluten free options!) was good. Cute cats in the building 😻
Boats honking - but I guess that’s what you get for staying at Canal Grande. In the end we liked everything!

Conveniently located very close Riva di Biasio vaporetto stop. Gracious host Laura who welcomed us warmly and gave us advice about places to see and eat in Venice.
We only got to spend 2 nights

Great location, easy to get to, next to the vaporetto stop, walking distance from the train station
AC was “weak” (we put it to 65 but it didn’t go below 77-78), the room was hot. The room felt crumped for the family of 4
