The gentleman at the property was extremely polite, kind and helpful. The location was also very convenient, with easy walking access to the train station and the city centre. The breakfast was simple but sufficient and overall enjoyable.
We stayed during a very hot period, and unfortunately the cooling system in the room was not strong enough to keep the room comfortable. It was so warm that we had to wear very little clothing while staying in the room. The breakfast area also did not have self-service machines. For example, we had to ask the staff whenever we wanted coffee, as the coffee machine was not available for guests to use directly.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was closer to the entrance of Venice so was better to arrive there. Also the size of the room was pretty great.
Breakfast options were limited. The room was not full of facilities which you would expect of a 4* hotel and needed new flooring, the shower area was poor, and not much space, was getting water everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower partition being a flimsy curtain that did not reach the floor.
