The hotel is very practically located just a few minutes walk from Fondamenta Nove vaporetto stops which is perfect if you arrive either from Santa Lucia station or from the Airport. It is a less touristy neighbourhood, which I really appreciated, yet very close to key spots: 15 minutes walk to San Marco, 25 minutes walk to Rialto bridge. I was very satisfied with the hotel considering the value for money, the room was clean and well maintaned
Again, value for money it is worth the price. Important to note that rooms can be very very small (mine was) but for one night it is totally feasible. And I just want to flag that the building is not very well insonorised, so you can hear other travellers walking up and down the stairs / corridor - but that is also a give with Venice and old buildings.

The location is superb, quiet but close to main streets with little shops and restaurants. About 12min walk to St. Marc square.
The walls are very thin, you can hear other people talking and laughing. A couple nights other people were loud early hours in the morning which disturbed the sleep.

I truly appreciated the location and the excellent service provided by the staff.
The room is located on the third floor. It is extremely small. It should have a single bed instead of a double one. There is no more than 30 cm of space between the entrance door and the bed, and between the bed and the shower door. Both doors are sliding.
The tourist tax of €4 per person must be paid in cash.
