The 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine is such wonderful addition at this hotel. This meant that I could begin breakfast at an earlier hour in a comfortable way ( and also to have a calming hot drink in the evening upon returning to the hotel).
Staff were hardworking and professional.
The room's lighting was basic. Everything worked fine, but it was just a touch austere.

Great location our family room had two balconies overlooking canal
Breakfast was crowded and the food selection was limited but OK.
