Great location. You can walk everywhere. Room was so nice and breakfast was amazing.

The location was good with several shops close by and right next to the canal.
There is no lift except to take luggage to first floor. Might seem slightly dated but the beds are comfortable.

Location was perfect. Loved the original venetian decor.
Greeting wasnt great. Staff looked fed up. You have to leave your key at reception and some times on your return you will have to wait to get back in.
