The man on reception was really friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, just steps away from the grand cancel but very quiet. Breakfast was nice and the staff were kind enough to book a water taxi to the train station for us and helped with our luggage to this taxi. They will also help carry your luggage up many flights of stirs.
Room is a bit small but on par with many European rooms.

The property was perfectly located for our visit
I didn’t like the amount of stairs with all the luggage we had. Although staff did assist it was still strenuous.
