Great location, very close to the main attractions and restaurants. The room had everything I needed. I liked that it had aircon as well, making it easy to control the temperature. I didn’t get to meet Bruna but I loved the responsiveness whenever I needed something.
Nothing really. Would be nice to have storage space for bags in the single rooms and for if arriving before check-in or leaving later.

Bruna was a lovely and responsive host. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. And the little touches like the melba toast, giant cookie and variety of teas were much appreciated. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were spotless and the shower pressure was fantastic. The location was great - a very easy walk from the closet vaporetto station (I arrived by train from Paris and took the vaporetto from the train station. And close to the main tourist areas, but not right in the middle which means that the neighbourhood was relatively quiet.
Nothing I didn't like, but a small suggestion - a light above the keypad outside the front door will be helpful - I had my cell phone torch but without that I wouldn't have been able to see the keys.

good location, but the bed wasn’t comfy at all. felt like I was sinking in the middle of the bed and I’m a female with an average bmi!
