The location was very central though off the main tourist drag. The area felt very safe and had lots of restaurants nearby.
At the time of booking we were aware that our apartment was on the third floor but the nearly 90 steps were challenging

The hostess was super kind, helpful and very knowledgeable of the place and area.
The location is quite yet only a short walk to popular spots like the Rialto bridge and St marks square. Breakfast was served in the room at the time that best suited us it was a mix of sweet and savoury continental very good

Good location, within 20 minutes walk of pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. A bit hidden in a good way, even though it was on the cusp of a bustling area. Good communication from the property manager.
The apartment was clean but in need of upkeep. The shower seal leaked, there was some issues with the appliances being broken or in bad shape, and it was a bit dingy. Overall would be much nicer with just a bit of a refresh and newer amenities.
