It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The room was quite large which was nice. Breakfast that was provided was enjoyed and unexpected.
Carrying my bags up 45 stairs to my room. In addition it is not located next to a main canal so I had to drag my suitcases (my wife’s Hughesass heavy bag) through the city to the hotel. After taking a water taxi from the airport.

Great service at great location!
Spacious, tastefully decorated, spotless room. Very comfortable bed. Communication and welcome service 10/10 including beautifully served breakfast. Everything was perfect! Would love to come back :)

Beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Venice. Communication by the Manager was excellent as our late flight was delayed and we needed options for travelling to the accommodation. A light breakfast is offered daily of croissants, orange and tea or coffee which was lovely.
The check out of 10.30 am is a little early.
