It was clean and well maintained. Manager did assist me charging my phone. As I left my charging cable in previous hotel. Jacuzzi bath in bathroom with lots of hot water water.
Dark room. Our sink in on -suite was cracked.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had an early start, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us ahead of time.

Good location, quiet but very close to St Marks Square, hotel was very clean and beautifully furnished . All the staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Beds were nice and comfortable.
Very limited tea and and coffee making facilities in the room (although could be topped up by calling reception) and drinks from the mini bar were expensive compared to the shop just a few doors away.

Proximity to San Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Very powerful air conditioning.
We were expecting a 4* hotel and thought that’s why we paid £1300 for 4 nights. The official photos are very flattering suggesting space. We noticed that current prices are around 50% less. We’ve never encountered such large price changes before.
Things weren’t as expected. Disappointing but we appreciate Venice is expensive and old buildings can be cramped. We wouldn’t have chosen this hotel and paid what we did had we known.
